UA Social-Emotional Learning Symposium

Join us for our annual Social-Emotional Learning Symposium and learn from experts and practitioners across the country on how to make SEL a student-centered priority.

The Urban Assembly is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing social and economic mobility to youth by providing them with the academic and life skills necessary for postsecondary success.

The annual Urban Assembly Social-Emotional Learning Symposium brings important and diverse perspectives around social-emotional learning and development in K-12 education. This year's theme is "SEL is Here to Stay: All Learning is Social and Emotional" and focuses on maximizing the power of SEL wherever learning happens.

Join author, speaker and advocate, Heather McGhee, as well as practitioners, policy-makers, and administrators from across the country to discuss the equity, science, implementation, and sustainability of social-emotional learning programs and supports.
