The Urban Assembly's staff is drawn from a diverse group of educators and professionals with a passion for education equity and innovation, and a deep love for children. The Urban Assembly School Support model is comprised of collaborative teams that provide differentiated services to school leaders, teachers and school staff including deans, partnership coordinators, and college counselors. Through this model, The Urban Assembly has created and maintains an active Professional Learning Community that builds school capacity and improves student achievement.
The Urban Assembly School Support teams include: Academics, Leadership Support, Postsecondary Access, Career Readiness, Social-Emotional Learning, Alumni Success, and Operations and Data. Our Central Office has two additional support teams: Advancement and Finance & Administration.
